I Called it Wrong on South Park

South Park has been on this return to glory lately. The new season started with a really bad episode. (I wrote a blog about this, you know), but now that it’s over, I realize it was a really great season.

The two-part Cartoon Wars episode was a brilliant thing that felt almost like a debate which informed and educated you to understand an issue. I thought it was totally awesome.

Also memorable was the episode with Al Gore and his hunt with ManBearPig. That episode culminated in a hilarious bit in which cartoon poops out tons and tons of treasure. It was a great silly episode.

However, the season finale was truly the best part. Cartman goes on some of those Nanny reality shows and drives the nannies insane. Then he goes on a dog-training show and Cesar Milan (I have no idea if I spelled that correctly, and I’m not writing this with internet. I’m publishing later.) treats him like a dog. It’s just a hilarious episode that stays funny for the entire duration.

I’m glad that they didn’t let their feud ruin a whole season. South Park is back to a level awesome it hasn’t been to since its fourth season.
